Mark founded Capitol Edge Strategies to give business owners something a once-a-year filing rarely does: a year-round plan. He leads the firm’s tax strategy work — credits, deductions, defined benefit plans, and the structures most advisors never mention — so profitable years don’t automatically mean a bigger bill in April.

Kelsey leads advisory work that sits beside the return: tax credits, lending, employee benefits, HR solutions, and succession planning. She helps owners connect payroll, benefits, and long-term tax position so the whole picture works together — not as a stack of disconnected vendors.
